13-year-old boy charged with setting fire at Ligonier Beach

LIGONIER - A 13-year-old boy is being charged in juvenile court with setting fire to the snack bar area of a popular attraction in Westmoreland County. The fire at the Ligonier Beach Restaurant, Lounge and Swimming Pool was reported shortly before 7 p.m. Thursday and confined to a snack bar and bathhouse area.
