CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) Authorities say a Muncy man is behind bars in Clearfield County after he was accused of having sex with a teenage girl, twice. Police say 33-year-old Nirav Patel reportedly engaged in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl in a van in Cooper Township.
