UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State linebacker Manny Bowen is no longer a member of the Nittany Lions.
“Manny Bowen is no longer on the Penn State football team. We wish him all the best,” said a statement from Penn State athletics.
Bowen was just reinstated earlier this month by the team.
The senior linebacker was dismissed from the team ahead of Penn State’s trip to the Fiesta Bowl last season for a “violation of team rules.”
He was previously suspended for the final three games of the 2017 regular season for those unspecified team violations.
